This was such a great place to stay. The room was one of the nicest, best designed rooms I’ve ever stayed in, with so many little details from the beatiful bathroom, tv mirrors, incredible shower/bathtub, plant wall, and so much more. 10/10 recommend!

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad the location and check-in worked well for you. However, we're truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues and the mold, and that the shower heads weren't working during your stay — that falls well short of what we expect for our guests, and we take it seriously. We're looking into this specific unit to address the mold and get the shower fixtures properly repaired, and we're reinforcing our cleaning checks ahead of check-in to make sure this isn't repeated. We're sorry your stay didn't meet that standard, and we'd like the chance to show you a better experience in the future.

The location is excellent. You are right next-door to the pantheon and all of the great restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Many unique shops for local items such as leather products and Roman souvenirs are just around the corner. And for those that like to do a little cooking in, there’s a supermarket just two blocks away that have everything you’ll need. The host were great showed us around the apartment, off they went and we began our Roman vacation.Great place to stay!

The apartment was beautifulFlavio was awesome, nice check in etc...Great locationI left 4 stars for the following:No welcome basket, we specifically use vrbo so that we can pack light and wash our clothes, there was no detergent to start a load or 2, we looked at the 2 close supermarkets and they did not carry any, it would have been nice to have a little to start withOur phones could not get wifi in the bedrooms, the apartment could use a wifi extenderThe wifi password was 24 special characters, when each of us put it in our phones, laptops, ipads we had to re enter 2-3 times each, it was very frustrating

We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed for 3 nights before leaving on a cruise, and we can honestly say it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The location truly could not have been better. The apartment is right around the corner from the Pantheon, and we were able to walk to all of Rome’s major attractions. There’s a convenience store directly across the street, which was perfect for grabbing large bottles of water, and right next door was a wonderful little café where we would get coffees, espressos, and giant delicious croissants in the morning. Everything was so easy and convenient. The apartment itself was extremely clean and worked perfectly for our family. It was me and my husband, my sister and her husband, & our mom, so having three separate bedrooms was ideal. The living room was comfortable for relaxing together after long days of sightseeing, & we especially loved the large balcony. It gave us another beautiful space where all five of us could sit, relax, and enjoy being together. And a very important detail when visiting Rome in the summer: the AC worked great!Flavio was a fantastic host.He made the entire arrival process incredibly easy. He also went above & beyond after we left when my mom realized she had accidentally left almost half of her wardrobe hanging in the closet! Flavio helped make sure her belongings were returned. There was something really special about our whole family staying together in an authentic Rome apt. Highly recommend!

Very centrally located. Price and space fine for two couples. Host was very easy to contact, accommodating for our needs and questions. Interior courtyard patio made for a fine, quick settling in day lunch area. Spacious kitchen, but not really needed so much in Rome. Bedrooms are away from street side. If there was noise coming from Armando Al Pantheon downstairs, we didn’t hear it. (Tip: reserve there well in advance and let me know how their food is nowadays. We couldn’t get in.)

What a thoughtful review, thank you! We're so glad the location worked perfectly for both couples, and that the interior terrace gave you a nice quiet spot to settle in. Good to know the bedrooms stayed peaceful even with Armando al Pantheon just downstairs — we'll keep that restaurant tip in mind for future guests too! Thanks again for such detailed feedback, it really helps future travelers.

Great location and great place for family!

This was a great location within walking distance of most key location for us to visit in Rome, obviously right next to Pantheon! Does not have a dryer, washer only even though it advertises a dryer. We were there with our two adult children and it was great for the four of us and really enjoyed the outdoor patio!

Wonderful location and stay. The listing is accurate and the location couldn't place you in a better location to easily walk and navigate Rome. We greatly appreciated the outdoor space and especially having a washing machine to assist with our clothing. The rooms work well as far as size of the bedrooms, and in the living room and loft allowed for our family to have some space to relax after long days of sight seeing. Couldn't recommend more.

There were many positives to this apartment. Communication was excellent. Someone greeted us upon arrival and provided us with the keys and walked us through the unit. They left us champagne, wine and a bag of snacks. The apartment was also spacious and conveniently located to many attractions. Air con was the best we experienced anywhere in Rome.2 full baths was incredibly important to us. When we arrived we learned that 1 of the toilets was not working. Despite a 5 night stay, we never had a second functioning toilet. The listing also advertises 2 showers. The shower attached to the primary is not useable. It’s as dark as a dungeon and smaller than a linen closet. We could not use it. The shared shower in the main hallway had mold on the tile and the shower head was held up by a rubber band. The water was unstable being scolding one minute and freezing the next.We had ants in the primary bathroom. They were coming out of the cracks in the mortar between the shower and floor. The furniture is old and dated. I actually reported the dining chairs because I’m afraid someone will fall.Ultimately, the decision of whether this apartment is right for you is a personal one. Would I stay here again, probably not. This apartment does not have the basic amenities we need. If you prioritize communication, a convenient location and space this might be the apartment for you.

Beautiful property, centrally situated

Great stay. Perfectly clean. Property manager Franco was very helpful. In a busy area (literally 1 minute walk to the Pantheon) but very quiet. Location lets you walk or take an easy cab from the stand downstairs to anywhere.

Amazing Location

This property was amazing. The location can’t be beat and is literally in the center of everything that one could hope to do in Rome. Furthermore, it is a 1 minute walk to a grocery store for those who like to cook. The only minor thing I would say is that for having such an amazing kitchen it would be nice to have just slightly more cutlery and dishes to avoid am having to do a load of dishes between every meal. But that is the only thing I could say. Couldn’t have been happier with it.
