This villa is within a gated community . The unit is one of 5 separate homes within this building . The view is fabulous and it looks identical to the photos on VRBO . The sliding glass wall in the living room opens on to the patio and then its approx. 50ft across the white sand to the ocean. The pool and the tennis courts are also just steps away from the villa . Yacine, the property manager , provided great directions to the house, met us there and showed us the property. Yacine is local -- we found him to be extremely friendly, attentive and very helpful suggesting restaurants, beaches to visit, grocery stores, bakeries-- anything we were looking for.!! The house has been completely renovated within the past couple years-- furnishings are upscale and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The air-conditioner units and fans all work well.-- very comfortable. (yes there is a full size fridge in the kitchen -although not mentioned in the listing) . There's a great little pizzeria right across the street(Da Andrea) a good restaurant on the beach (Mezza Luna) next door to the complex, a small bakery with good croissants and espresso a 5 minute walk away as well as a gas station with a small grocery store , a pharmacy and a Thai restaurant. We rented a car and it was easy to get around the island to explore . All in all a great house with a stunning view and private beach, and a great host. We stayed 7 nights Jan 13-20 2026.
