Bee kind and rewind in this single-story home on the sunny side of Carmel. This walkable neighborhood is just a ten minute walk to Carmel’s storybook downtown, and twenty to the beach. Inside there’s an updated kitchen, a living room with a gas fireplace, two bedrooms (Q, Full), a third bedroom/office (single Twin), and two renovated baths. Two bedrooms have French doors that open to the outdoors, where the owner’s love of plants and flowering vines is apparent. There’s a small, protected patio out back and a laundry area inside the single car garage (along with street and driveway parking).
