Your Venice adventure begins at this 3-bedroom/bathroom newly built beautiful 2,800 sq ft house. Inside, guests find in the master bedroom a king size bed and a spacious bathroom with a double shower, double sinks and a tub. Also, inside are two bedrooms (1-king and 1 queen) each having their own separate connecting bathroom. All beds have new mattresses which are perfect for a restful night. The home also features a spacious great room accessing the beautiful 1,100 sq ft lanai with a pool and spa. A office is provided with a sofa bed for additional sleeping. With thoughtful touches like wifi, dual air conditioning units, comfort is always within reach. The house is located in Wellen Park Golf & Country Club featuring a 18-hole championship golf course open to the public. Downtown Wellen and CoolToday Park, the spring-training home of the Atlanta Braves is within 3 miles. Englewood Beach, Manasota Beach and Venice Beach are located approximately 14 miles (30 minutes) from the house. Also, Nikomis (19 miles/35 minutes) and Siesta Beach (31 miles/50 minutes) are easily accessible. A HOA non-golf membership transfer gives guest the availability to enjoy the amenities of the gated community. Experience all Venice and the surrounding area has to offer when you stay at our home.
