Enjoy this brand new 6 acre, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with hot tub! Single floor living with large kitchen and living area, covered porch with outdoor dining, and spacious outdoor fire pit. Located on a quiet road, just outside of downtown Wells, with magnificent mountain views! This home is directly on the snowmobile/ATV trail, and is excellent for biking and walking! Just 20 minutes from Lapland Lake ski center, 10 minutes to Oak Mountain and 30 minutes to Gore Mountain!
