Well this house is in a Lennar homes community so the house is terrible at best some of the room door handles don’t work. It’s super loud and hard for family to sleep….this is an active construction site with seven homes being built in the developing community of you rent this home during the work day they started at 6 moving heavy machinery. Furnished by what seems to be a large property management company…. They have the wrong codes to get into house etc etc etc….. after contacting them was able to sort stuff is a fairly readable time but hard way to start a check in during record heat waves with kids…. Not sure why people can’t be more upfront about location of home and what’s going on in neighborhood…. Perhaps if they were honest less people would rent their home

Nice place, very clean, had numerous conversations with mgrs. who were helpful in answering my concerns (which were)1. Why 120 extra charge when only 4 people staying in a property listed accommodating 8?2. Confusing lockbox instructions….we were given an incorrect code initially (2 hours before check in)3. Why wasn’t pool available to our use (it was 80 degrees ) during our stay…..apparently the HOA hadn’t opened it up yet for the season That was disappointing, we now understand the “why” of it!
