Relaxing Vacation Retreat with Private Pool and Yard

Casa Derrelle is located in the Circle Cross Ranch community in San Tan Valley, nestled between the San Tan Mountains to the south and the Superstition Mountains to the northeast. This neighborhood is close to shopping malls, parks and golf courses which provides a great place for families of all ages to vacation. In the center of the community is a large sports complex with lighted football fields, baseball fields, and basketball courts. You can enjoy a picnic at one of the many barbecue areas throughout the community, or play some volleyball at one of the sand volleyball courts. This 3100 sq. ft. open concept residence is designed for maximum enjoyment and relaxation. You will find a whole range of amenities that will create the perfect vacation.

This beautiful quiet community is approximately 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and approximately 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. While you are away from the busy cities and traffic, you are less than 7 minutes from local shopping, and 10 minutes from major retail stores, and nearest shopping mall.


The Unique Benefits of our home:

Casa Derrelle offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a private backyard with view fencing, a heated pebble tec pool, backing on to wash area with no neighbours directly behind, spacious eat in kitchen, beautifully landscaped, RV parking, fully furnished, ready for you to move in and enjoy your vacation.

The bright eat in kitchen with a center island has corian countertops and all the large and small appliances to make meal preparation simple. There is plenty of storage space in the pantry and all dishware, cookware, glassware and utensils are provided. If a more intimate dinner is what you prefer you will enjoy the formal dining room with a square dining table and seating for eight. Just off the kitchen we have a large laundry room with a front load washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.

The beautiful family room has 18’ ceilings, gas fireplace, 55” HDTV, large couch and love seat, and an easy boy chair. There is plenty of room for everyone. If you or your guest prefer to get interactive the 2nd floor loft has a 50” HDTV with a PlayStation 3 system and games, board games and plenty of seating. If anyone prefers some quiet time the cozy living room with large windows, love seat and chairs are ready for your enjoyment. This is the perfect place to curl up with your favourite book or read about beautiful Arizona from one of our table top history books.

Sleeping a maximum of 8 guests, our home offers you a private Master Bedroom with a king bed and 5 piece bath suite with a walk in closet. Your family or friends will enjoy 3 other guest rooms on the 2nd floor with queen size beds. There is a 4 piece hall bathroom for your guests convenience. The 5th bedroom is on the main floor and is set up as an office/info centre with a desk, computer, printer/copier and high-speed WIFI for everyone’s convenience. You will find many pamphlets and brochures that we hope will help you with planning your vacation activities. All guest rooms have ceiling fans, plenty of closet space, bedroom furniture and linens are new and provided as well as bath towels, and hair dryer.

In our front living room you will find a guest book that we would love you to date and sign, and leave your comments. You will also find an Activities Logbook with entries from previous guests outlining the highlights of their vacation. This is a very helpful resource as it details places that other guests have experienced.

The private backyard allows you to relax on the covered patio or swim in the heated Pebble Tec pool with the soothing sounds of the rock waterfall. (Optional Pool Heat fee of $175.00 per week would apply if requested). You can enjoy cooking on the propane BBQ and dine under the stars. Patio dining set, lawn chairs, pool umbrellas and beach towels are all provided.

Casa Derrelle is perfect for any occasion whether it is a romantic get-a-way for two, family holiday or business trip. We believe that Casa Derrelle will prove to be your home away from home, and will provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This house is phenomenal. Tim and Joanne have thought of every need. The house was very clean and the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Lots of space to spread out if you have multiple family members staying together in the home. Coffee in the sunny living room in the mornings, relaxation by the pool during the day and gorgeous sunsets in the evening made for a great vacation. The backyard landscaping and pool are just beautiful. This is a wonderful place to stay. We hope to come back.

Great week in San Tan Valley

We were down from IL participating in a baseball tournament in Mesa. The home was conveniently located 20 minutes from the ballpark complex. The house accommodated all 8 of us very well. The house was clean. The property owners were very good at communicating before and during our stay to make sure our needs were being met. Overall the place was as described, the pool area was gorgeous and if we get back to the area, we would stay here again.

Our family tradition is to come together as a family and play games for New Years. This was the first year that my daughter moved away and we wanted to continue the tradition. When we walked into the property we were in awe. This house is amazing. It has everything you need to relax and to have a great time with your family and friends. Everything you need

This house was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Tim even had the baby stuff pulled out so we didn’t need to bring a playpen, high chair etc. we had a couple issues the first couple days with pool heat and had to have some back and forth with Tim as he figured it out. It was an issue with technology and Tim handled the situation amazingly. Only mentioning this small issue so that you know how much the home owner cares about the stay of his customers. You’re in good hands renting here. My daughter swam every day that she could. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you could need. There are condiments left in the fridge and cupboard so you don’t have to buy every little thing. Our stay was great. The area is very close to grocery stores and shopping.

Wedding trip

Our family gathered here for our son's wedding over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was perfect for our needs and was equipped with most anything you could want. It even had a large roasting pan to cook our Thanksgiving turkey. Our children loved being able to relax by the heated pool, even in November. Ample outdoor seating was great for a post wedding brunch for the newlyweds and family.

Amazing! Don’t delay…

It was an amazing week staying at the Casa Derrelle property! Our family has stayed at many VRBOs in the Phoenix area and we couldn’t have picked a better home this year! It was so well thought out, every detail! From the multiple spots to place an umbrella at the pool to the many supplies of shampoo, lotion, etc. It felt like a resort. We were even greeted with welcome flowers, such a wonderful touch to walk in and see. The home was stocked with many cooking utensils, audio/video entertainment, pool toys and supplies for laundry, etc. Definitely check in and see everything the house has to offer before going shopping, your meal ideas may change after seeing the kitchen and outdoor grill! The local property manager was also very responsive when we first arrived and had questions about the pool heat, etc. Thank goodness we reserved the optional pool heat, it was a chilly start to the week in March, for AZ anyways. There was a nice small neighborhood park to walk to for the littler kids. For a little longer walk, you could arrive at Starbucks or Fry’s, the local grocery store. The Olive Mill was a very short drive for a wonderful outdoor experience. Our absolute favorite restaurant San Tan Flats was also only minutes away. If you’re not familiar with the area, that’s ok because Casa Derrelle even had flyers for all of the local area attractions in addition to a book with all sort of ideas AND directions! They didn’t miss a beat :-) Our entire family was so impressed with the property and the overall renting experience, we can’t wait to return maybe even for a longer stay!

We are from a small resort town 1 1/2 hours north of Toronto, Ontario, and love our summers here. After much research we decided on the Phoenix area to purchase a second home to be used as our getaway from the cold winters and to share with our family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a home in a quiet established neighbourhood that was close to restaurants, shopping, lakes, and all the many amenities.

What makes this property unique

Our main reasons for purchasing this home was its backyard with it's private pool and view fencing. The open concept floor plan with 18' ceilings in the family room makes this home great for family gatherings.
