Newly Remodeled Beautiful Home and Large Sparkling Pool, New Hot Tub & Game Room

Your desert oasis getaway awaits in San Tan Valley at this welcoming house. With 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed, this excellent property is perfect for families or groups of friends. You'll find all the essentials like WiFi, a washing and dryer, and AC to make your stay wonderful. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, shower, and bathtub for your convenience. Enjoy all that San Tan Valley has to offer when you stay at our place.

Your morning can start out right with coffee on the patio as you watch the sunrise over the mountains! You then might want to play some pool and take up a game of darts or challenge your family to board games. The fun doesn't stop there! In the afternoon it will fun for everyone in the swimming pool or relaxing on the lounge chairs. In the evening you will enjoy the gas fire pit and brand new hot tub where you can relax with your favorite beverage. You won't want to leave!

If you have small children we have you covered with a Pack N Play, Highchair and stroller. The pool has pool noodles for the kids.

Johnson Ranch community has a ton of amenities like 3 community heated pools and hot tubs, pickle, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, disk golf, pitch and put 9 hole golf course and catch and release fishing pond. Coming summer of 2025 a new splash pad for the kids also! You will never run out of things to do!

Pool heating is an option. The cost for December, January and February is $45.00 per day. The cost for October, November, March and April is $40.00 per day.

We had a great time. The backyard was amazing. The large pool, hot tub and firepit were wonderful. The seating outside was very comfortable. We spent most of our time outside so eventhough the furnishings were a little dated we didn't care.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful home, perfect pool with diving board, fire pit and hot tub… everything we could possibly need! Plus an attentive host who answered all questions immediately, and even texted when the cleaning was done so we could check in early if needed. Very grateful for a fantastic vacation, and highly recommend this property!

4th of July Getaway

Our family had a blast for 4th of July weekend. This property was excellent all the way around from the space, pool, cleanliness, etc. It had all the essentials we needed to bbq, swim, relax, and play family games. The booking and check-in/out process was simple with no problems. The pool was our favorite part! The kids swam morning until night! We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely Excellent Stay in Arizona!

We had an excellent stay at this property. We were a family of four (kids ages 10 and 14), but the house could have easily accommodated 10 people. The 4 bedrooms were all a good size, with the master bedroom being quite big with its own bathroom and walk in closet. There was an additional living room space upstairs that was a nice surprise, we hadn't noticed it in the property pictures prior to booking! Each bedroom and living space had a TV. The property was very clean and well-maintained inside and outdoors. The kitchen was very well stocked. We paid for the pool heat, it was well worth it! We swam every day, the pool was beautiful and the pool area was well kept and a nice spot to relax. Lots of swim towels were provided and a few toys for the pool as well. There is an alarm on the sliding door out to the pool, families with younger children will appreciate this and it did not inconvenience us at all. Communication with the property owners was excellent - I was impressed at their quick response time, both over text and through the app. Location of this house to local community pickleball courts, basketball courts and playgrounds is terrific, they are all very close. The catch and release fishing pond was 5 minutes away and a lot of fun! The neighbourhood was quiet and felt very safe. We will not hesitate to book this property for our next stay in Arizona, it checked all the boxes for us!

This home was very nice and clean. The attention to detail was appreciated. We had small children, and it fit our needs well with baby furniture and a few toys. The pool table was a hit. Having all the phone chargers was a great idea to avoid the hassle with cords. The only reason for the four stars instead of five was a glitch with the pool heat. The manager was excellent with communication.
