This home is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Unwind in the private backyard, featuring a pool, cozy propane fire pit, and comfortable Adirondack seating — perfect for evenings under the stars.
Inside, enjoy a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with double ovens, dishwasher, and a coffee bar to start your mornings right. The living room and master suite boast large TVs for movie nights or catching the game, while the air hockey table and dedicated desk area offer fun and functionality.
The space:
Spacious 4-bedroom retreat perfect for families or groups! This fully updated home features a modern kitchen, open-concept living and dining area, and a separate games room. Enjoy the private backyard oasis with a pool, firepit, BBQ grill, and large deck for lounging. The home includes 2.5 bathrooms—a primary ensuite with a walk-in shower and double vanity, a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a convenient half bath near the main living area. All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort, including a luxurious master suite which includes a king bed. The second bedroom also has a king bed. Third with a queen bed and the fourth with double bunk beds. Located in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants, and shopping.
Optional Pool & Spa Heating:
Pool and spa heating are available seasonally (October–April) for an additional fee.
• Pool Heating: $150 initial setup, plus $92 per day thereafter. Minimum 3 days’ notice required.
• Spa Heating: Available upon request throughout your stay for $48 per day. Minimum 24 hours’ notice.
• Target temperature: over 80°F.
• Service not offered if forecasted lows are below 50°F.
The spa can be turned on and off during your stay upon request. Please message us in advance to schedule heating so we can ensure the system is ready for you.
Please note that parties and events are not allowed.

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighbourhood because it is in a central location, 20-minutes to downtown/uptown, family friendly, 20-minutes from Plano and McKinney and 30 minutes from the new Universal Studios currently being completed this coming year.
What makes this property unique
It offers a pool, hot tub, air hockey table, patio with barbecue, gas fire pit, sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms and has everything a traveling family could need in their vacation stay.
