Sea Snug is a comfortable three-bedroom home with two baths and peek-a-boo sea views throughout. The first floor includes a well-equipped kitchen/dining area. The dining room provides seating for six or more. There is a cozy living room with a decorative fireplace and reading nook. The laundry/utility room completes the first floor.
The second floor includes three bedrooms and two baths. Two twin beds are in the first bedroom. The second bedroom has a full bed. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bath with shower/tub combo. Through the primary, there is a deck with seasonal views of Stonington Harbor. The flush and sink, of the second bath, are in a private half bathroom; the shower is in the hallway with curtains providing privacy.
Sea Snug has lovely outdoor features including a front stone patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill. We stayed at Sea Slug for two weeks and shed a few tears the day we left. The house is charming and well equipped with everything we needed to make a stay comfortable. The location is tops— walkable to town and to the Lily pond with views of the water on your way. Thanks for sharing this space with our family and helping to make it a memorable stay.

Great stay!
We loved our stay at Sea Snug! It was a welcoming home and provided everything we need for a spectacular week. Rooms were comfortable, clean and enjoyed looking at the nautical-themed decorations and books. The house was as described and the kitchen was well stocked which was appreciated. Great to be able to walk to town taking in the harbor views on the way. Such a wonderful location with a lot to explore. We did not want to leave. It was also nice to book through a local agency. The Island Agency was very responsive to our questions, just a phone call away, and good email communications with clear instructions. So helpful!

Lovely
Sea Snug is a charming little three bedroom home sitting high on Indian point road. It is in walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Stonington, but far enough away to be very quiet. The house is very well equipped with everything you would need. It is lovingly decorated with a vintage nautical theme. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Great location, charming house
We rented this house for a week in July and it was great! We could walk to town but it was also on a quiet street. It was so quiet we could hear a frog at night.
The house is cute and perfectly-sized for our family of four. Every member of the family had their own space.
We’d definitely stay there again.

CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancelations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Tenant, make an effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise that might cause one to cancel vacation plans. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants. I understand that the insurance company holds this policy and that The Island Agency does not determine eligibly of claims.
