The luxury furniture combines perfectly with the design and make all units a very welcoming place. The house is distributed on two floors and has air conditioning. Its spacious rooms have fitted wardrobes and bathroom. The fantastic swimming pool is surrounded by a garden of 200 sqm, solarium with hammocks and shower.
This fantastic villa additionally has a BBQ area and outdoor dining area. Amadores Beach, one of the best beach club in Europe, is just 4 minutes away by car.

Wunderschöne kleine Oase

Wir haben die Villa mit 6 Personen (3 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (1,3 & 5 Jahre)) für 2 Wochen gemietet. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und es gibt dort alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger dort geblieben. Die Umgebung ist total ruhig und man kann wundervoll im Garten und Pool entspannen. Das Wasser ist immer warm (ca. 30 Grad) und die Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr aus dem Wasser raus. Die Lage ist super, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten im nächsten Ort oder auf der Autobahn und kann die Insel erkunden. In der nächsten Umgebung gibt es außerdem mehrere schöne Strände. Flo hat sich toll um uns gekümmert, mehrfach den Pool und Garten gereinigt sowie die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Er war immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Fabulous

This villa is one of the best we have stayed in, exceptionally clean and very well appointed. Flo is a fantastic host, welcoming, friendly and helpful. There were lovely touches to welcome us, fruit, wine and beer, all greatly appreciated. The garden and pool were lovely and very well cared for. We liked it so much, we plan to go back next year.

This property was beautiful, afforded privacy and within a fifteen minute drive to everything we wanted to see and do. Our host Flo was amazing! He gave us the best advice on where to go, what to see and most important of all...where to get the best food! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic villa and an even better host

We’ve stayed at loads of villas around the world and this villa is one of the best. The rooms are spacious and the interior is to a very high standard. The pictures are as good as it is in reality. The villa and grounds were immaculate. Flo made sure you had everything you needed and kept the villa pool constantly clean. He was there if you needed him and nothing was too much trouble. We hired a car which I’d say was essential. The villa is about 15mins walk from nearest beach. It’s located in a quiet and small residential area which is exactly what we look for. We could drop into town in minutes but come away from the noise and have a great nights sleep. The local Amadores beach was the nicest around and well worth a visit. Puerto Mogán was nice too but I’d avoid Puerto Rico, it’s like a throw back to the 80’s. all in all we can’t say enough nice things about the villa. We’d stay again, which is saying a lot, as we rarely go to the same place twice. Thanks Flo and Muresan.

We are a family of four, Flo and Manuela, and our two daughters. We are in love with sports (especially cycling) and compete at a professional level all over the world. Flo is passionate about arts and everything green, so we renovated our villa with art in mind and also created a small jungle in the middle of a hot dry area. We feel it like an oasis.

Why they chose this property

Well, it's easy! The property is located in a perfect place, one kilometer away from the ocean! We are also far away from the busy touristic activity so it's a place for rest, but at the same time, you can get into busy Puerto Rico in just 3 minutes by car. The private pool and the garden make this place a very useful location for a vacation, as you might just stay at the house and enjoy the pool with the kids instead of going to the beach and getting tired of watching where the kids have left.

What makes this property unique

Here are a few things that might put us in a top position when it comes to other properties: botanical garden with lots of tropical trees that give you a jungle sensation, 4 spacious rooms with 4 spacious bathrooms, and kingsize beds.. that's pretty unique for Gran Canaria as most of the houses have small rooms. The property is located 2 kilometers away from AnfiGolf, you can always play that sport and get home in no time. One of the best BeachClubs in Europe, Amadores BeachClub is 3 minutes away by car, but you might just stay at Amadores Beach.. one of the best in Gran Canaria.
