The open-concept kitchen provides a beautiful view of the outdoor pool and grill area. Guests can relax in comfort.
Also included is a FREE 50-amp EV charging outlet (NEMA 14-50), so bring your electric car and cable.
The private backyard pool area is the best feature and is truly a showstopper, offering a 5-foot deep, heated (with fee) saltwater pool, covered patio & shaded seating, pergola with outdoor TV with sound bar, as well as a propane gas grill for entertaining.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all towels. Place one laundry pod in washing machine before adding towels. Start washing machine.
Please leave beds unmade. Please put all the dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Dishwasher pods are located under the kitchen sink.
Take out kitchen garbage and recycling to the collection bins located inside the gate on the side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We enjoy the southwestern weather and enjoy vacationing with family and friends. We are very family-oriented and enjoy spending time together.
Why they chose this property
We liked the small-town "feel" while also being close to the greater Phoenix area. It's also en route to Tucson, making it an excellent location between the two metropolitan areas. More importantly, we were drawn to the house itself, which we really loved.
What makes this property unique
The backyard pool is the most unique. The pool and travertine are beautiful. The patio provides ample space to host friends and family. The space is quiet, private, and has a secluded feel.
