There are also trains directly across the street that run and blow their horns at all hours, ear plugs are provided if needed, but most dont even notice they are there. What a gem! This property was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. The host even left a snack basket! Beds were comfy and the A/C worked great. Location is prime to all the little shops and restaurants. The Alma Bakery is incredible if you are there on a Saturday. This made a perfect weekend trip from the cities for our family of four and dog. The lock and dam are interesting as well as Buena Vista park for the overlook. Highly recommend a stop at Kinstone if you like rocks! We also had wood-fired pizza at Suncrest Farm which was a beautiful place and fun farm vibes. Thanks for sharing your gem of place. Host communication was A.
