Kearsarge Brook, located at the base of Cranmore’s South Slope, offers spacious rental options in the heart of it all- only steps away from the lifts, Zip’s Pub and Grill, family events and more. Located only 1 mile from downtown North Conway Village – recently ranked the #1 ski town in the US. Enjoy Ski-in/Ski-out out right on Mt. Cranmore. This luxurious condo is brand new and in a great location. Unit is on the third level with great views in all rooms and elevator access. We offer three bedrooms, two baths, washer & dryer, dishwasher, cable and free WIFI and A FREE FITNESS GYM.You will also be given your own private ski locker at no extra fee. There is nothing you have to bring as we have fully stocked this rental with everything you could ever need. It is a short drive to Storyland, Tax-free outlets, the village of North Conway, Diana's Bath, and Echo Lake. You can also stay right at Cranmore and enjoy all the fun activities all year-round. Tubing & Mountain Adventure Combo - Includes (2) hours of tubing and unlimited rides in the Mountain Adventure Park for one person $49
Tubing Only - Includes (2) hours of tubing for one person. Children under 42" are free and must ride with a paying adult $29

Cranmore has been building mountain biking trails on the mountain which will open next summer, including selling passes to load your bike on the ski lift for more convenient access the downhill trails
This is a MUST-STAY rental – a beautiful property with so much to do nearby. Starting this month, the pool hours & access will be adjusted to maintain safety & aesthetic during our construction of the new phase of the amenities building, as well as Opechee Construction’s dismantling of the Fitness Center building & construction of the hotel. Starting on Monday, May 11th, POOL and HOT TUB (shared) will be open for weekdays from 4pm-9pm.weekends & holidays from 9am thru 9pm.

Everything was as described and wonderful. My only recommendation would be to provide bath towels instead of swim towels. Would definitely go back!

What makes this property unique

The gym is up and running at the Artist Falls Lodge. You will be able to access the building at the side entrance (ground floor by the pool) with your current pool key code. The KB gym is equipped with 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 Arc Trainer, 2 recumbent bikes, a spinning bike, a rower, 4 plex multi-functional fitness piece, graviton, TRX, weights and functional pieces for your workouts. Restrooms are available in the upper lobby of the building or at the pool.

Current hours are 9am-9pm 7 days a week through Columbus Day weekend. Starting on October 15th through December 19th, the pool and fitness will be open Friday -Sunday 9am-9pm and Monday-Thursday by reaching out to Kristen at 603-356-5544 ext. 342 till 3:30pm and then after that call 1-866-825-9154 to request the pool to be opened.
