Welcome to this comfortable and airy home located on desirable 9th Street — perfect for your next Keys getaway! The open layout and inviting décor create a relaxed atmosphere where you can unwind and make lasting memories.

Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms: a king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed in the third with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The spacious living room doesn’t open into a sleeper sofa, but it’s large, overstuffed, and extremely comfortable — big enough for someone to sleep on if needed. Each bedroom features a 32" flat-screen TV, and the home offers high-speed wireless internet throughout.

Step outside to enjoy 37.5 feet of step-down concrete seawall dockage, complete with water, electric, bait freezer, fish cleaning table, and gas grill — everything you need for a great day on the water. There’s also ample storage space in the garage for your gear.

Best of all, this home includes membership to the Cabana Club, located just five short blocks away, where you can relax at the private beach, pool, and tiki bar.
