This is a high set house divided into two apartments. The second-floor apartment is for guests; the ground floor is management The second-floor apartment features 3 queen beds in three large bedrooms. the kitchen has a dinner set, cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, condition, body wash, towels. The bathroom has a large shower head over a bathtub. The living area has a large air con this cools the whole house. ceiling fans in all the three bedrooms, dining room and the loungeroom. the apartment is approx. 7 min drive to the Strand, ferry terminal and the Ville Casino, it is three mins drive to the Townsville hospital JCU University and the Murray sporting complex there is a shopping center 2 min from the apartment that has 2 supermarkets Kmart, bottle shop, take away food eateries ,coffee shops new agents ,doctors 18 shops the apartment is 3 streets from the Bruce highway for easy access

this is a quite peaceful neighborhood the house has a tropical back yard, with seating outdoor table large BBQ for those cool summer nights
What makes this property unique
the property is very close to the Bruce highway, if you're on the way to the reef, pull in and stay the night, or maybe you want to go to magnetic island the following day the ferry is only 7 min from the house
