The property had a great view of the gulf! Cleanliness was a plus. Refrigerator ice maker worked great! Now for the negatives.Upon arrival we had issues with the door code and had to call for new code. The unit had a musty, mildewy smell which upon turning the A/C down it eventually went away to the point of tolerable. Not sure this unit had been rented prior to our arrival. The kitchen oven worked for about 5 minutes then quit. Another call to Southern and a appliance vendor was sent out the next day and fixed the problem. The master room closet was stocked with sheets, blankets ect.... so no place to hang clothing. No pantry to store food items. This unit would be good for a short visit, not a long one.
