There is a spacious dining room that seats six; a sunny living room with wood-burning fireplace, built in bookshelves, smart tv, and additional seating that converts to a twin bed for more sleeping space; and a well-stocked full kitchen with wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The second floor has two queen bedrooms (one with a work area) and a full bath with a bathtub. Tasteful mid-century details can be found throughout this modernized 100-year-old brick cottage.
