Topsail Dunes is an oceanfront and well-maintained condo association in North Topsail Beach. Aside from having three private beach accesses (building 3 also has ramp access to the beach), this property has a seasonal pool, playscape with a variety of outdoor activities for kids, and a covered picnic area with charcoal grills.
