This property is amazing! Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was great! My only suggestion is that the 3 lights on patio be replaced with 3 light fans. That way even when there in not a breeze it's still enjoyable to sit on the back patio. Thank you for making out vacation a great one! :)

The absolute best!

We had the best time in the sand pebble home! We had no issues at all ! When we arrived,Gus the property manager was on sight and had noticed the ac upstairs wasn’t blowing properly and had it fixed by the time we returned from Walmart! The property was just beautiful and the home was stocked with everything we needed! The home is just minutes from the beach which we absolutely loved! My husband and I stayed in the master suite on the first floor and the bed was so comfortable! We will definitely be back!

The entire family enjoyed this home. It was very spacious and clean. Having a private pool was fabulous. The walk to the beach was further than expected and there was limitations on number of times to use the dishwasher based on provided pods, especially for 14 people. Any problems we had were promptly addressed. Is highly recommend this home.

We came in on Saturday and found a few minor issues. The management company sent someone that day and came back on Sunday to finish up. Great customer service. My whole family enjoyed the house and how close the beach was. Lots of room for everyone. The pantry was a plus because we had a large group and did the majority of meals and snacks there. My 3 year old grandson said he wants to go back to our Florida house. Great place to stay. Before the trip I had questions and always got a quick reply back. Would book it again.

House was awesome- great size for our large group. The kitchen was well stocked. Backyard was a great escape when we didn't want to go to the beach. Pool, patio and yard game area is fantastic! Management company was easy to work with and very responsive!

Great house. We had a couple of problems the first day but management addressed it quickly. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable with lots of room for everybody.

We love the house and backyard, and pool and golf cart. We had 14 total and had a wonderful time. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work all week. We called and a man came out with two bags of ice, which was nice, but couldn’t fix it. One other item, there were no towel holders in the bathrooms, and maybe one hook. Nothing to hang towels are clothes. Don’t think it would be hard to add some. All in all it was a great house for our vacation.

We had an amazing week at Sand Pebble! The home was perfect for our family getaway, The layout was very open and airy with a cozy and warm beach feels. The kitchen was very well stocked with a nice fridge and roomy pantry.The large kitchen table was great for family meals and game nights. All the beds were so comfortable and the house stayed very cool. The backyard was very relaxing with plenty of lounge chairs, a warm heated pool and corn hole out on the grass. The golf cart that was included was perfect for scouting the neighborhood. The management company made check in and check out simple and care free. We would definitely come back to this property in the future and would highly recommend to others looking the perfect mixture of beach luxury and coziness!

Wonderful

We had an amazing stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—there were so many shops and places to eat nearby, and being able to get around by golf cart made it even better. Parking was easy, and the pool and patio gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. Beach access was great and easy to get to. One of the things we enjoyed most was spending time together around the table. The dining area fit our whole family comfortably, and the island gave us even more seating. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner turned into some of our favorite moments of the trip, filled with good food, laughter, and family time. The hosts were fantastic and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. They made everything easy from start to finish. We made a lot of great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Plenty of community space for all of us to do our own thingThe pool was lovely and the free golf cart was perfect to go to the beach just a few blocks awayWe had a small issue and maintenance was there right away to remedy it. Exactly has described. The house was clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room. The backyard with private pool was wonderful and the golf cart made for easy rides to the beach and back. I definitely recommend Sand Pebbles!!
