Property accurately advertised. Great location with easy access to beach, pool, and all the amenities of Isle of Palms. Everything in working order. However, the couch and chairs are pretty cheap and uncomfortable. Would consider a repeat stay.

The location was great and the unit was bright and clean. We would absolutely stay there again if in the area. Communication through the app was wonderful. We had plenty of towels and starters for our time there.

The condo was perfect for a small family. Easy to access, great location and clean. The host had great communication. I would recommend add a few items like scissors, kitchen hand towels and an updated broom. The check in and out process could not have been any easier. I do suggest a smaller code for the door or allowing the renters to pick a code for the week. 10 digits was a lot. We enjoyed IOP and over all the condo was a good fit for us.

This was supposed to be a fully renovated condo that would sleep more than 2 adults. Sadly, that is not true. I will say the amenities were good. The beach was great, there is a private pier and the pool is well maintained. The location was also great. The condo itself is what gets a low mark. The furniture is cheap, uncomfortable and poorly set up. You cant sit on the couch which is like a rock and see the TV because its mounted over your head. The rest of the furniture is also very uncomfortable. The kitchen was only updated by a coat of paint and a utility sink. The bunk beds are tiny and the mattresses are only one grade better than a prison mattress. I ended up at a hotel.

Bed was pushed into the corner of the room, therefore had to CRAWL in and out of bed from one side; Chairs facing the TV were so uncomfortable they actually made my back hurt; cracker crumb under the sofa; clothes closet was also used as a closet for cleaning supplies; bathroom baseboard was stained and dirty; entrance door hard to open and close. Beach view was very little. did not utilize the pool.

We were told there was an ice maker in the unit, there was not. The unit smelled of urine. The bed placement is not ideal for two people as it is pushed against a wall, have to climb over the other person to get out. There were cockroaches in the unit

Description is property not accurate. Cleanliness was substandard. No bedding for second “ bed” ( which was extremely uncomfortable. Code to get in quit working on day 2. There was a large cockroach on the wall. There was an active bird nest in the outside light on the deck. The lightbulb was hanging by a wire outside of the fixture. Company did not respond to all our concerns. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Our unit did not have heat or air. Air didn't matter because it was cold but it was in the 40's in the morning and we had no heat. I called the bed covers "paper towels" because that's how thin they were. No one except maybe 5 year olds and below could sleep on the bunk beds. Hot water didn't last very long. The location was great and it was a good value for the price being ocean front. Also, the code for the door did not work. But a maintenance man was working on the air and he gave us his code. Only one of us could open the door. Someone should have put us in another room from the start (which the maintenance man said might happen) but we never saw him or anyone else again).

My family and I throughly enjoyed our visit. Unit was updated and clean. View was beautiful and only a short drive to Mt. Pleasant and to downtown Charleston. Sea Cabins are very family friendy and no loud noise or problems whatsoever. Beach access, pier access and fishing and beautiful well maintained pool. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The beach view was great and the condo was clean the only issue we had was with the bed. The mattress was very old and it was like the bed was broken. It sunk into the middle and creaked every time you moved. Other than that everything was fine

It does have roaches. When I booked, the reviews were great. Then a few weeks before our stay we noticed the reviews stating there were roaches and the place was not very clean. Reached out to the host because this should obviously be a deal breaker as I'm not spending this much to live with roaches for a week. They assure me it's been taken care of. First few days were fine. 4th night turned on bathroom light in the middle of the night and saw a roach. Contacted host who basically just says sorry and they'll look into it. Saw another roach near the couch the next night. Packing to leave and my son was missing his jersey so I move the couch out to look...dead roaches under the couch. There is also not a comfortable spot to sit in this condo...couch and both chairs are so uncomfortable. Top bunk has no railing so would not allow my kids to sleep on it. Was greeted first night by someone's dirty wet socks on the balcony.. also other miscellaneous items under the couch that did not belong to us so I can tell it wasn't cleaned very good prior to our stay. Positives...private beach and pier access. But they really need to fix the bug/cleanliness issues.
