This was the perfect house for our vacation! Plenty of space, super close to the beach, and just a lovely home. We hope to stay there again in the future! We’ve stayed on Kiawah before but this was by far the best location!

This is a wonderful property! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's very close to the boardwalk to the beach via walking or biking. The host is very helpful and responsive! We had a blast making family memories here!

This was a very nice home! It was our first time on Kiawah Island, and we didn’t know exactly what to expect, or what amenities/activities there would be at a resort vs. a house. We enjoyed the privacy the house offered, and the walking distance to two points of access to the beach. The house was clean and spacious. The WiFi is a must, and we located the info on the coffee table. There was not a parking pass waiting for us at the guard shack, which we were under the impression was needed to access the island. This is the only hiccup we had, and got around it by showing the guard our email exchange with the owner. Freshfield Farms had everything needed for food shopping and restaurants, and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen of the property to make cooking at home very easy as well. Overall, it was a great trip, and this property made it easy for our family to have time together, yet retreat to our own areas when we needed space.

Love this neighborhood!

Loved this cottage and the accessibility to the Night Herron Park and bike trails and beach! Renting bikes made exploring so easy and enjoyable.

Great stay during 4th of July holiday week

Our family always stays in the ocean woods community when we come to Kiawah every year. This was a great home that is well stocked and very well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!
