Find yourself in the heart of famous Madeira Beach, where this condo sits directly on the white powdery sand at the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. Marvel at the most unbelievable sunsets each evening from your private beachfront balcony at Sea Breeze 705.



This open and inviting coastal charmer allows for a relaxing retreat after a day of fun in the sun. Enjoy a living area with plush furnishings, including a tucked-away Murphy bed, a compact kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances, and a nicely appointed dining area. There are TVs in both the living area and bedroom, and free WiFi throughout the condo.



Bring the provided beach chairs and towels down to the shore each morning, and sleep soundly each evening in a primary bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom offering a granite vanity sink and a bathtub.



The Sea Breeze is a Gulf-front property with a heated beachside swimming pool, an oversize hot tub, a bocce court, a grilling patio, and direct access to the beautiful beach. Madeira Beach, affectionately known as Mad Beach, meanwhile, is a unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community, and tourist destination. Measuring only two miles long, this small seaside gem draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. It's home to John's Pass Village, six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats, and dolphin watch cruises, so there's something for everyone.

It was a perfect location for watching the world go by and relaxing! We were able to see a few manatees float by and several dolphins! We loved the location to restaraunts! If you want to cook your own fresh seafood there is a fish market across the street! The facility was quiet and the beach was not crowded! We would definitely rent again!

Very nice condo. Great location and has all needed amenities. Suggest adding new pillows. We never received a parking pass from VRBO! On site, maintenance man doubles as parking enforcer! He noted who we were, gave us a makeshift parking pass, so we wouldn’t get towed!
