This home is beautiful. It’s decorated beautifully. The pool was sooo nice. The backyard feels private, despite being in a neighborhood. Restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations conveniently close by. It was just perfect. We will definitely come back. We didn’t want to leave.

Our family of four, including our 6 and 7yr olds, had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! It was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The home was exactly as described, and you could tell it was very well cared for.The location was perfect! Conveniently close to grocery stores and major retailers like Target, while also being just a short drive from Weeki Wachee, which was the main reason for our trip. It made getting around and picking up anything we needed incredibly easy.Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process effortless. We truly appreciated having such a comfortable and welcoming place to come back to after our daily adventures. It made our vacation even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Spring Hill area and would gladly stay here again!

Fun in the Sun

We enjoyed this rental. It was the perfect location, located in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were close enough to enjoy outdoor adventures and then were able to come back and rest comfortably while our kids swam and enjoyed catching rays. We had all the fun in the sun!

Great house in Spring Hill

Property was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Home was clean and updated. Beds were comfy. Near shopping and restaurants. Booking and check in/out process were very simple. I didn’t encounter any issues during my visit but we did buy 2 batteries for fan remotes that were dead. Sliding door to patio needs track cleaned and lubricated (hard to slide) and landscaping/grass and lanai cage could use some TLC. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towel (initial supply included). Overall great place to stay!

Not clean and no communication

Check out was 10 and check in was 3. We received a message around 12 saying the house was ready. We arrived around 7 to dirty sheets, floors, bathrooms, and pool. Everything was reset and looked presentable, until you took a better look. The sheets had hairs on them, and I understand that they can be washed and still have them on them. However, why would you leave that on the sheets. I washed all the bed sheets, before we slept on them. The pool had dirt built up in all the corners and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. We didn’t swim in the pool, because of this. This made me question what else was actually cleaned. The shower and tub had soap/ water spots on the shower doors and faucets. I cleaned both bathrooms, before using them. The floors had hairs and crumbs on them. I vacuumed all the floors. There were towels left in the dryer and dishes left in the dish washer. We were sent a message asking about the cleanliness of the place, before we arrived. Once we seen this we contacted them and expressed our concerns. They asked for a phone number to contact us, but they never did. I know some of these things may not seem like a huge deal (clean towels in the dryer and clean dishes in the dishwasher), but I’ve cleaned houses for 8 years. This is standard to make sure these things are done. The sad part is, if it had been clean and communication had been there, it would have been great. It has a ton of potential.

Hi Matthew. Thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback with us. I’m truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay, and I completely understand how frustrating that must have been—especially after receiving a message that the home was ready. Your experience is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold, and I appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Please know that we have reported this to our local team to ensure these issues are addressed promptly and do not happen again. We want every guest to feel comfortable and confident in the cleanliness of their Vacasa home. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Das Beste war dass immer jemand erreichbar war. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wenn es eine winzige Einschränkung gibt ist das sie Betten etwas zu schmal sind. Toller Aufenthalt.
