The space also features a large LCD TV, small dining table, and a washer/dryer conveniently located just outside your door. Perfect for a beach getaway with all the comforts of home!

This studio apartment guest house is attached to the main house via a wall. The place is totally private, it has a private drivway and walkway to the front door. There are no shared spaces.

There is a washer and dryer available for use, its located right outside the front door in a shed. The washer and dryer is shared with the owner of the house and his guest.
