Most of the kitchen appliances are brand-new and you will have everything you need for a perfect cooking experience if you want to stay home. The washer and dryer in the laundry area are also new. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. Tropical Villa is a home for responsible adults, their family, friends and colleagues. Please be mindful of noise/loud music at any time. You will also need to sign a rental agreement. Please note quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

Furthermore, in addition to the verification process for the person who´s booking, we will be asking for a list of the guests that will be staying with the reservation and their IDs.
