The room was great, with a nice, spacious balcony and a beautiful view of the beach. Beach access was easy and convenient, and the pool was great as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

This condo had it all! It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed going to the beach for walks and rented chairs and an umbrella each day. The pool was clean and the perfect temp for relaxing and was a great alternative to the beach. When we had questions, Hayden promptly got back to us with the answers. We’d definitely return and highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay at Edgewater 315! The view is stunning and communicating with the host (Hayden) was very smooth and prompt. The unit was spotless when we arrived and the location couldn’t be beat. We will definitely be back!

The room was clean, we had such a great view of the beach and pool from the 3rd floor. Instructions were easy to follow. The staff onsite does awesome job cleaning the pool everyday. I would suggest a key card for the gate. We had a few issues with the front gate in the evenings, but not a huge issue. That’s why we are firm with 5 stars.
