Amazing 4-bedroom villa in Mullins/Gibbs

Welcome to Gibbs Breeze! Our villa is ideally positioned in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac in the Gibbs/Mullins neighborhood on the west coast. Despite the peace and tranquility, the villa is just steps away from beautiful Mullins beach whilst the amazing Gibbes beach is also a short stroll (maybe 6 minutes) away. There are numerous bars, restaurants and a 24/7 petrol station/convenience store within walking distance from the villa

On Mullins beach there is the ever popular SeaShed beach club/restaurant along with the fantastic Adrian’s Sunset Corner bar and the Royal Westmorland beach club. A little further along from Mullins beach is Bombas, Cici’s and Grandenes.

Historic Speightstown, with all of it's charms is just over a mile away offering a supermarket, shops, banks, bars, restaurants, a lovely little museum and many other attractions whilst the more vibrant Holetown is in close proximity to the south (approximately 10 min drive away)

The villa

The open plan nature of the villa affords a light and airy feeling whilst the gentle tradewinds help to keep it comfortably cool.

The inside/outside living extends to the back of the property, with a covered gazebo providing comfortable seating and ambient dining overlooking the oversized private salt water swimming pool with lush tropical gardens; the ideal surroundings for relaxed breakfasts, evening dining and days spent lounging around the pool.
There is also an outside shower near the pool area to wash away the sand when returning from the beach.
Since the villa is surrounded by palm trees and tall hedges on 3 sides, it enjoys all day sunshine and cooling gentle breezes, whilst the famous green monkeys regularly pass through on their daily hunt for fresh mango!

BEDROOMS:

Upstairs

MASTER BEDROOM has a King size bed, air conditioning, large fitted closet and drawers and a digital safe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower whilst the bedroom has double doors opening out onto the superb balcony overlooking the pool deck

Twin BEDROOM with 2 twin beds, air conditioning, large closet with drawers and has en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

Downstairs

Queen BEDROOM - with one Queen bed and a tall large closet with drawers, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with a tub. French doors open up to the pool deck where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening sundowner.

Queen BEDROOM - with one queen bed, that mirrors the other bedroom but facing the front of the villa, with a private deck and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and air-conditioned.

Hairdryers, dressing mirrors, linen and hand soap are provided.
Housekeeping will be provided once a week for 6 or less guests and twice a week for over 6 guests (max 8 guests) guests during your stay unless you instruct us otherwise to respect your privacy.

LIVING AREA:
The high ceilings and open plan nature of the villa ensure a light, airy and spacious ambience. There is a large and comfortable sofa, internet TV and WiFi .

KITCHEN & BBQ:
A well equipped kitchen with electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and toaster is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar. There is a large multi-burner modern gas barbecue just outside the kitchen, close to the pool deck.

Please note there is a strict no smoking policy within the villa; smoking is permitted on the patio and grounds.

EATING OUT:
Given our ideal location on the ‘platinum coast’ between Speightstown and Holetown there are a plethora of bars and restaurants within close proximity of the villa.


This property is NON-SMOKING throughout.

We don't recommend our villa for children under 2 Years old as we do NOT have infant sleeping arrangements and/or high chairs, also the pool is deep at one end and dangerous for small children. The villa is on 2 levels and tiles all around that could be dangerous for smaller children running/playing. Children under 12 yo must be supervised at all times when outside by the pool.

Beach Chairs can be rented from the vendors on Mullins beach or at Sea Shed
We provide a “starter pack” of shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods, sugar, oil , salt & pepper but refills are the guest’s responsibility for the rest of their stay.
