The house was in a great location. It was clean and we received quick communication from the property hose as needed. We did have an issue with the pool heater but it was resolved quickly with the owners even helping out. Great vacation home and great communication.

Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club because it has the perfect mix of peace and convenience. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and beautifully kept — palm trees, green lawns, and a calm vibe that makes you instantly relax.

What I love most is that everything you need is right here. You can walk to Walmart, restaurants, and cafés, yet it still feels like a private getaway. In the mornings, you’ll see people walking or heading out to play golf, and at night, it’s calm and peaceful — the kind of place where you can actually hear the crickets.

It’s close enough to all the fun — Disney, LEGOLAND®, and the Orlando parks — but far enough to feel like home when you come back.

We’re in a great location — just 30 minutes from Disney, 15 from LEGOLAND®, and inside the safe, gated Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. You’ll have access to the golf course, gym, and playground, plus Walmart and restaurants right around the corner.

The house has everything you need to relax: a private pool, a fun game room, and plenty of space for families or groups (up to 10 guests).

We also like to add a few small touches — like Colombian coffee from our family and a little welcome surprise — so it feels more personal than a regular stay.
