Only 3 min to charming downtown Winter Haven shopping & restaurants, 10 min to Legoland, 30 min to historic downtown Lakeland, & conveniently located between Tampa & Orlando (45 min to Disney & just 60 min to Tampa). This amazing space boasts over 3,200 sq ft of entertainment, perfect for families and friends looking to make unforgettable memories. Gather in the spacious great room, complete with a huge, down feather-filled sectional couch perfect for movie nights. Challenge your friends to a game of Florida Flamingo Toss, ping pong, foosball or corn hole. Enjoy some friendly competition with a game of wall scrabble, or kick back and relax with the vintage record player. And when it's time to dine, prepare to be impressed by the prettiest dining space you've ever seen! The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a built-in wine refrigerator, blender, mixologists kit, hand mixer, drip & pour-over coffee makers, and all the tools & gadgets you could ever need. Plus, you'll have Sommelier-selected wine glasses, acrylic glass & serve ware for outdoor fun, kids plates, bowls, & utensils, and serve ware for 20+. Come experience The Elby, where luxury and fun collide!


Sleep soundly in our 3 master suites - each w/ a king sized bed & en suite bathroom - plus the bunk room featuring twin bunks & a cozy daybed (that extends to a king bed!) w/ attached 1/2 bath.


All bedrooms include:

A five star stay

We stayed at the Elby for my son’s graduation from Warner University. The house provides not only common area for everyone to connect but also large enough where everyone can have downtime in their own space if needed. Everyone raved about the house, the decor and the setup. We enjoyed a walk around the lake, played games in the game room as well as board games in the living room. We highly recommend the Elby for your next stay in Winter Haven.

Wonderful home

The house is beautiful, and the owners have paid attention to every detail. The rooms were very clean, and extra toiletries were provided in case we forgot anything. My four-year old nephew loved all of the games (ping pong, foosball, putting game) and the “cowboy pool”. He actually cried when we had to leave the “Florida house”. We used the outside patio frequently, which was a lovely place to eat or hang out as a family. 10/10!

Perfect Home for multiple families

My (now) husband and I stayed here for our wedding week. My Maid of Honor and his Best man also stayed with us in the house. It was absolutely perfect as each bedroom had its own bathroom, and KING SIZED beds!! Plus they had a bunk bed and a day bed that turned into another king, but we didnt need it. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was extremely quick with replies even with some of my weird questions like asking how big the fridge was in width and depth because I was trying to see if my wedding cake would fit. Being on the main road had us a little nervous with our pups, but with the fenced in yard we felt a bit better and used our baby gates that we brought to block off the only exit.
