Bermuda Pointe has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8-9 people - up to 6 adults and an additional 2-3 children comfortably.

The outdoor pool deck feels like your own private resort, with fabulous hardscaping around a heated saltwater pool, jetted spa, and plenty of shade or sun (depending on how hard you're working on your tan - but don't forget the SPF). With plenty of seating areas, you'll use this outdoor space from sunup to well after sundown.

Lanai has a large sectional couch, fun egg chairs and lounge chairs. Watch TV, play games, read, have a drink, or take a shady nap.

​You'll also find all the other necessary outdoor amenities for the vacation of a lifetime - pool floats, a gas grill, games, etc.

​Not that you'll ever want to go inside, but if you do, you'll find a comfortably-appointed living room, dining room (with space for 8), breakfast bar (with space for 4), a work area overlooking the pool, a roomy kitchen with upgraded appliances, washer and dryer, spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, a soaker tub and a stand-up shower, two guest rooms with a queen-sized bed and full-sized bed, and a guest bath with a tub-shower combo.

While staying in this little piece of paradise, you'll be less than 30 minutes to Orlando attractions, 90 minutes to the beaches of either coast, 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 75 minutes to Tampa International Airport.

NOTES ON THE POOL AND HOT TUB

To turn on and off the hot tub, use the controls box in the lanai. It'll take approximately 45-60 min to heat up. Please turn off the hot tub (by pressing the spa button again) when not in use. The spa will turn off automatically after several hours.

Do not attempt to adjust pool or hot tub settings at the main control box.

During cooler months, we will heat the pool to try to take the chill out. In the morning or during cold snaps, the pool may not feel as warm because the air temperature is lower than usual for Florida. Give the pool time to heat up during the day. It is only heating when the pump is running (aka water is spilling over from the hot tub to the pool). The pump is set to run on a predetermined schedule. Please note that if you have the hot tub running, the pool will not heat during that time.
The pool should never feel “hot.” For a hot water experience, we recommend using the hot tub.

For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute.

You will need a car to get around. There is room to park 3-4 cars in the driveway. Parking is not allowed on the street, per the homeowner's association.
