This newly renovated 3 bedroom/1 bath home, along with an outdoor shower, is perfectly located for an easy beach day. Walk to ice cream, restaurants, and Dunks for your morning coffee. Only half mile (.5) from the family-friendly South Village Beach, you can easily walk or bike for a day on the water.

The home is located on a quiet street across from Swan River, where you can put your kayaks or stand up paddle boards in for a paddle. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the screened in porch or on the front deck, both perfect locations to start and end your beach day. This home is perfect for entertaining after a day of golfing or enjoying Dennis' beautiful beaches.

Three dining table options; for dinner inside, on the porch, or outside at the picnic table.

Master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Bedroom two has a double bed. Bedroom three has a twin over full bunk bed.

Home is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, aIr conditioning, washer & dryer in basement, stove, coffee maker, flat screen TV w/ ROKU for streaming options, gas grill for your outdoor BBQ's, and hardwood floors throughout. Open floor plan. Linens and towels included. Just bring your bathing suit!

Our favorite feature of this home is the large screened in porch. Such a great place to start your day with a coffee, or to unwind at the end of the night. The outdoor ceiling fan and shade keeps it cool and the cafe lights are perfect.
