Excellent stay in Indian shores

The property and accommodations were exactly as described on VRBO. Beds and linens very comfortable. Beach towels and beach chairs in excellent shape. Many beach accessories available for use. A great stay once again at Beach Cottage.

This condo was just perfect! We loved the location near the pool! It was quiet and very clean. All the beds were very comfortable, and it was well- stocked, including lots of baby items:) The owner was so pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

We had a great time...only thing i didnt like was the 3rd bedroom was the laundry room... super small and hot... other than that the condo was beautiful the office was super helpful all the time and we enjoyed our time

Great stay- beach, gym access and lots of fun!

I had a great time in this condo. The condo itself was immaculate and spacious. The beach was just steps away as was the hot tub and salt water swimming pool. I really enjoyed having free access to the gym and classes. I tried the yoga class and cardio/weights. There was a lovely, friendly vibe. I highly recommend a stay at this property!

Can’t Wait to Stay Again!

I cannot say enough good things about this unit! If you have kids of any age (younger especially) this place is for you! Every piece of baby equipment I needed was waiting for me at the condo. My kids flipped over an entire closet full of beach toys! The place is SO spacious. The master bed mattress is fantastic. Only complaint was the tv size! It wasn’t too important, but just be aware bedroom TVs and living room tv are on the smaller side. This absolutely won’t hinder us from staying again, though! 😀

Beach Cottage Resort

Our whole families experience was almost a perfect time, other than a few rowdy guests during the time we were there. “Policeman” Doug, property,caretaker,maintenance man seemed to enjoy himself with some of the regular guests during the “happy hour”(a drink or two). I understand the loud music and drinking, but the inappropriate language and the party scene going for way to long, is very intimidating for the other guests to try to utilize the pool or hot tub when there are intoxicated people surrounding the area. But over all the weather and condo were great! It was one of our best vacations here in Florida. with our families. Thank you.

Nice but disappointing

We rented the condo so we would have access to beach outside our patio area and found out it was closed the day before. We had to walk over to other condo to use the pool and they had no hot tub. Condo nice but kitchen sink not draining.

I notified all renters about the upcoming pool deck closure for repair and maintenance for a few weeks duration on August 5th. This notice period allowed potential renters to cancel their reservations and find other condos or re-book their dates well in advance of the closure date. This renter did not respond back with any concerns so I assumed she accepted the pool deck closure. I had to call her the day before she was to arrive because she had not completed and submitted the necessary rental documents to my property management company and, at that time, I reiterated the pool deck closure information. She had not read any emails about the pool deck closure that I had sent to her.

Perfect location

We had a great time and the location was perfect! The condo was very clean and we appreciated all the amenities. It was exactly as advertised but even better. The owner and all the staff were always very helpful and friendly. We plan on renting again and highly recommend this condo.

Great stay on the beach

We really enjoyed this rental. It was very clean and had lots of things to use at the beach. We enjoy cooking on vacation and the kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals. We had to call for work on the AC unit on the first day. The folks at the front desk were very prompt and had someone out right away. Thanks for letting us use your unit.

Family Vacation

This was our first Family Vacation in Florida. We were used to vacationing in North Myrtle Beach so this was a big change for us. The property was nice and as described and was clean. We were used to having more options to eat and shop but still had a great time. A lot of stores and restaurants closed earlier than we are used to buy maybe that was Covid hours. Overall had a great time though.

Location is great

Location of unit in the complex is great. Right on pool deck and parking spot was super convenient. Unit itself was just ok. Could use some updates and TLC. No disposal in the kitchen sink which is odd. Several minor items were broken but that was no big deal. The washer was broken when we arrived which we did not discover until the day before we left when we went to do some laundry. When I reported it to the property manager they sent someone over to look at the same day but they need to call an appliance repair company. Overall its not a bad place to stay. Right on the ocean front which my wife and grandkids loved.

Loved it!

We stayed with our baby and toddler and it was so nice to not have to bring a pack and play, high chairs, bed rail, beach toys, and kids plates. The rental offered more than just that, but these things wouldn’t have fit in our luggage. The location on the first floor is great for kids and being able to BBQ just off your gated porch is great.
