Peaceful, quiet country environment close to Dallas. 25 minutes from downtown. This 3-bedroom home is 2000 sq/ft with another 1100 sq/ft wrap around covered porch. Long private paved driveway. Interior is all wood floors, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, modern fixtures, great views, leather sofa and loveseat. The home shares a 10-acre space with one other home approx. 300' up the hill. Large 50,000 gallon pool shared by both homes. Horses on-site. Pond. Outdoor bonfire pits. Outdoor grill. Master bedroom has queen bed and full bath. Guest bedroom 1 has queen bed and shared full bath. Guest bedroom 2 has dual twin beds and shared full bath. Home is equipped with WiFi, Direct TV, modern appliances, washer dryer. 1/2 guest bath downstairs for convenience. Two dogs on property, Annie is an old lab mix and Ruby is a young pointer mix. Both dogs are friendly.

We love it when our guests come and are able to relax and enjoy the property while they watch the horses graze or the duck family frolic in the pond.
