Exceptionally clean. Good for large, multi- family or mixed groups. Coffee available in kitchen was a welcome surprise.Easy access location with plentiful nearby parking for multiple vehicles (one spot provided free with listing). Close walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

It was a surprise that this was an apartment in student housing. Dorm environment in the lobby and hallways, quite a flashback! However, it was very quiet, no dorm vibe once you get in the apartment, very clean and soap-shampoo provided in all the bathrooms. Great location! Living room is small and spartan, but you’re in Chicago! Shouldn’t be sitting on the couch watching televisions anyway.

It’s a nice and spacious place in a good location. Be aware though that they have zero interest in being flexible on their strict checkout time of 10:00am. As we were walking out of the apartment at 9:50am, the cleaning people were in the hallway waiting for us to leave already, which made all of us feel like we needed to rush. For a family traveling together, it wasn’t the best situation. Again, the apartment is nice, but just don’t expect much in the way of the hosts going out of their way to be accommodating to your needs or being flexible in any way for their customers.
