This was an excellent lace for our family to stay. The location was excellent for what we wanted to do in Chicago. We had a small problem with parking that was taken care of quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding location and setup. Perfect for our trip. Parking was great. Building security was impressive. The only thing Iโ€™d change to make it better was the beds. They were not comfortable for any of us. They were all listed as queens, but some were full sized. If that was changed this place would be even better!

Well located, spacious, comfortable and a beautiful view of the lake! It was easy to get to the subway, train, or bus with our two young kids (by the Loop).

Overall this was a beautiful property. My son loved having access to a gym. We loved how close it was to downtown and public transit so that we didnโ€™t have to drive to get places. We could see the fireworks from Navy Pier. The lake views were amazing. There were a couple of things that were less than ideal but definitely manageable. I did not realize how close we were to the L. In 2 of the bedrooms it was pretty loud. We got used to it by the third night but if you are sensitive to noise, this might be something to consider. My family has several dietary restrictions. We VRBO because nonstop eating out takes more energy than cooking safe foods at our residence. The kitchen had pans but they were not family friendly sizes. I would have liked a big pan(for pasta) and a 9x13 baking dish. The apartment sleeps 8 but there were only 4 chairs at the table. There is great storage and it would have been nice to put a couple of folding chairs in the closet for larger groups. My son slept on the couch and did not find it comfortable. Everyone else enjoyed their beds. Overall it was awesome and so nice to be close to so many things.
