Parking is just steps from the entrance, making it easy to unload and settle in. Perfect for families, game-day crews, or group getaways!

Guests will have access to one side of the duplex (each unit is a 4/4.5). Will share rear private parking lot designated for tenants and guests.

We built this duplex intended for students in both units, however it was not ready before school started in the fall. We have 3 students living in one side who are good, quiet boys.
