Escape to this marvelous condo in picturesque Marco Island. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king bed and a twin bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the soothing bathtub after a day of exploring the city. Our place is a welcoming oasis for travelers looking to unwind and create lasting memories. Completely remodeled and updated 03 'wing' unit! Gorgeous views of the ocean and pool, leather furniture in the living room, tile floors, stainless steel appliances, spacious kitchen, , WIFI in the unit, new tv's, murphy bed in the guest bedroom, extra windows in the dining room adds lots of light.
South Seas West Registration fee $50 for the first month, $25 for each additional month. This charge is due when you check in with the on-site building manager and register with them not included with VRBO.
Please note the condo will have limited soaps and toilet paper to get you started for your arrival day, but you are to purchase and replenish what you need during your stay
