Escape to a serene beachfront retreat on Marco Island! This spacious 750 sq. ft., 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental offers a partial beachfront view and is conveniently located on the first floor, near the recreation room, pool area, BBQ area, and main entrance.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa and oversized chair, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The coastal dining area seats four, while the fully functional kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need. The bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a spacious closet, and the full bathroom includes a tub for unwinding.

For entertainment, enjoy Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, complete with free Cable and WiFi. Step out to the lanai, where spacious rocking chairs and a small table await—ideal for sipping morning coffee or watching the stunning Marco Island sunsets.

A wonderful property with perfect hosts!

This is a very clean and well appointed property. We had a most comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil you would ever need. Our hosts, Maria and Henry, were conscientious and welcoming. Sunset House has a friendly vibe. The location is ideal for beach walking and enjoying Marco Island. We look forward to returning.

Great property

Loved my time here. The condo is really great, tastefully decorated and well equipped for comfortable living. Maria and Henry are very nice people and go out of their way to make renters feel welcome!

Sunset Paradise! What is there not to love. Henry and Maria are great hosts and have truly created a beautiful “home away from home.” They put their hearts and souls into Sunset Paradise and thought of everything to make our stay complete. Thank you Henry and Maria!
