We had an amazing experience staying at this wonderful house. The process was smooth from beginning to end. The communication was right on point and Andrea was so responsive to any questions we had. The house is definitely one of our favorites we have stayed in coming to SGI for almost 20 years and we will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful week!

This is an absolute gem of a vacation property! Our family of six, along with a toddler and our dog, had an incredible stay. The main floor balcony offers sunrise-to-sunset views that kept us completely captivated throughout our trip. We hit the beach daily for swimming and shore fishing. One evening was especially memorable—we caught black drum, whiting, and redfish right on the beach, plus a trout over at Nick's Hole pier. We had a fantastic dinner sampling the bounty, with redfish taking first place and black drum a close second!The accommodations were perfect—clean, tasteful, and exceptionally comfortable, with extra-comfy beds. The spacious kitchen was a dream for group cooking, and the double refrigerator was an amazing bonus. Having so much space meant we happily cooked together most nights and only ventured into Apalachicola once for dinner. We also spent hours floating and playing in the generous and, inviting pool. As frequent visitors to St. George Island, we can confidently say this is the best property we have ever rented. Huge compliments to Andrea and the Blue Water Beach Properties team; they were highly responsive to our questions and provided organized, thorough instructions for a seamless check-in. We can't wait to return!
