Cute, cozy, clean and centrally located, this home is only 3 miles from Downtown PHX and Sky Harbor Airport. Modern upgrades with old school charm. Enjoy your morning coffee under the shade of a 100 yr. old tree. Great restaurants and a local brewery all within walking distance. Like tacos? The house is near many of the best spots in town! I`m an experienced host & Phoenix native, happy to provide recommendations for just about anything you want to do while you`re here.

1930 bungalow style house with a front porch made for sitting. Lots of character with original oak floors and mid century style touches. Located in the Green Gables neighborhood of Phoenix.

This is an older neighborhood with character and charm. Friendly neighbors who look out for another. And close to all of the best tacos!

This house is off of the main bus lines and is bike friendly as well. Get downtown for less than $10 via Lyft or Uber.
