HOUSE RULES
1) After booking, guests must sign our separate Rental Agreement in order to confirm the reservation.
2) Events are not permitted. We love helping guests celebrate special occasions, however, this property does not operate as a venue. No unregistered guests or vendors are allowed onsite without written prior approval. Please note this property is monitored via exterior security cameras.
3) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 8AM to 12AM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).
4) Loud music is not permitted at any time. Please be respectful of our neighbors as sound travels in the Hill Country.
5) Pets are not permitted.**
6) No fires are permitted outside of the propane fire pit.
7) Swimming in the pond is not permitted
8) Please feel free to pet the animals through the fence but the horse barn, and apartment are off limits. These spaces are NOT included in any rental. The barn may be used as a backdrop for professional family or wedding photography but may not be entered or accessed at any time. You may give the animals treats from their designated bins but may not enter or access their spaces at any time.

**Guests with animal allergies, please note that while guests are NOT allowed to bring pets, the property owner occasionally stays in the home with their dog.

THINGS TO NOTE
1) This property is located on 9 rural acres. Guests should expect to encounter bugs and snakes though regular professional pest service is conducted.
2) The owner may be onsite during your stay to tend to the animals. Feel free to give the animals treats from the bins provided near their respective areas.
3) Parties above 16 people will be charged $75 per person per night (adults and kids)
4) Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property only. While these are not actively monitored, please note that the following spaces are in their view: driveway, parking, entrances to main home and party barn, back patio and pool, pond, and all animal areas.

Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, paper products, hotel-quality linens, a bath towel, and washcloth for each guest. The full kitchens include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items.

We’ll send detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival, including your unique lock code, and are available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.

Each reservation includes applicable taxes and cleaning fees.
