Guests will have access to all areas of the house and the outdoor spaces. We do have neighbors, so we ask that you respect them and their spaces.
Other things to note
While relaxing and enjoying the back patio and pool area we ask that you are respectful of neighboring properties by observing quiet time from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

AVAILABILITY
Pool availability is seasonal pending our Ohio weather; We do keep it heated + open as long as possible, but typical swimming season is May through September.

6. NO OBJECTS OTHER THAN POOL FLOATS OR POOL TOYS IN THE POOL

7. NO ROUGH PLAY

8. QUIET HOURS 11:00PM - 8:00AM

9. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT- NO KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 5 PERMITTED IN HOT TUB

10. PLEASE RINSE OFF BEFORE ENTERING HOT TUB - DO NOT ENTER IF WEARING OILS OR LOTIONS.
