Notes

• There are five well maintained areas of garden which include a grass tennis court and 6 hole golf course. To the south west of the house there is a large terrace with patio table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue - ideal for al fresco dining, then steps up to areas of lawn, pond and kitchen gardens (including a herb garden which you are welcome to use). To the south of the house is the grass tennis lawn and large areas of lawn. The six hole golf course has well maintained fairways and professionally laid greens. Golf clubs are available to borrow upon request. The grass tennis lawn is playable from May to September (depending on the weather being dry!). There is a children's play area with trampoline, rope swing, swings and slide, tree house, wooden wendy house and zip wire. Towels and linen can be provided at an extra cost of £10 per person. There is ample parking to the front on the property.
