Terrific location for walking to downtown Milwaukee venues/sites.The parking, fitness gym, pool area and roof top lounge were all excellent.Sadly, waited a day for an extra set of key fobs. Unsatisfactory and very inconvenient.Cleaning was not stellar…certainly not commensurate with the cost.Fruit flys were an issue. Sadly, hot August weather, the garbage hopper across the hall & suspect cleaning were all factors.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean and as described. WiFi worked well. The only thing that didn’t work was the dryer, so we had to hang dry our clothes. Management was responsive but weren’t able to fix it during our stay.

The apartment was clean and the gym on site was amazing since the apartment is in the Milwaukee Athletic Club. There was a smell in the restrooms in the evening that the maintenance team was aware of and trying to mitigate, but it was pungent. Hopefully that has been resolved. Also, there was not a TV is the main bedroom, and it got warm at nights even with the air on. The noise maker provided next to the bed was a nice touch and got used. I would stay here again; location was good too. Coffee shop right across the street and the city was clean and felt safe.

This apartment is in the athletic club. It is across from the trash room for the floor- so the immediate entry is subject to the condition of that room (gnats). The actual apartment is nice, I would not call the click clack sofa a queen size bed, however it does have an unmentioned trundle that pulls out. Unfortunately, sheets were not provided for it. In fact we had to request that the appropriate number of towels and sheets to be provided after we arrived. Responses from the host company were good. The parking is tight and you must walk outside to get to the building. The floors need a deep clean/mop. There’s no debris but your feet are black on the bottom if you walk around without shoes. Overall we had a good stay here, it is a good value, and a convenient location downtown. We did not use the building amenities, but ran into several members who had nothing but good things to say about the facility.

The apartment is in a perfect location. Very easy to walk to many parts of the city. The parking was a nice bonus as it is in a private garage. The check in and out process was very well communicated and made it very easy for us. If you are looking for a getaway in Milwaukee, you cannot go wrong with this place!
