This 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath / 2 car garage fully-furnished home is beautifully decorated and updated! From the screened double door entry with beautiful tiled flooring, step on in to the very open main living area, featuring updated laminate flooring throughout, cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, and 8' pocket sliding glass doors to the lanai.
The adjoining dining area has a stylish lighting fixture and is the perfect place for a sit down dinner with some new friends! The kitchen has upgraded granite countertops, closet pantry for your food storage, recessed LED lighting, ceiling fan, & tiled flooring. Appliances include: Kenmore dishwasher, NEW LG double door stainless refrigerator, GE smooth top stove, and NEW LG built in microwave. The adjoining breakfast nook is the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee and catch up on the news.

Rotonda West is a peaceful escape from our everyday lives. - For the golfer in your life, there are numerous local golf courses with reasonable fees. - For the beach-lover, head to Manasota Key or Englewood beach, a short drive from home. - For the Foodie: There is great seafood to be had just about everywhere, and we've found a number of great restaurants including a Tiki bar, Columbian food and Asian fusion, all within a 5-minute drive from home.

When we visit, we often cook rather than going out for dinner, and spend our days poolside, chatting with friends and family. The table on the lanai is perfect for game-night, and the pool is positioned perfectly if you're passionate about working on your tan.
