Enter a bright, open living area and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen television with cable and WiFi. The picture window frames the beautiful harbor view! Enjoy amazing sunsets and the ever-changing harbor view right from the living room. The recently renovated kitchen is well-equipped and has an electric stove/oven and refrigerator.

One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. The bathroom has a shower stall and a convenient in-unit stacked washer/dryer.

There is one window air conditioner unit in the bedroom with the two twin beds.

The fenced in front yard is perfect for lounging and enjoying life in Wellfleet. There is a charcoal grill for a summer barbecues and an enclosed outdoor shower in the back. Steps away--just across Kendrick Ave--is the beach on Wellfleet Harbor. Swim, lounge, kayak, stroll and do some beachcombing along this lovely stretch of sand.

Walk to some of Wellfleet's best restaurants, public tennis courts, playground and the town pier all within a half mile. Just about a mile to Wellfleet's Main Street for more restaurants, galleries and shops. Short drive to Wellfleet's ocean beaches and beloved ponds, golf, live entertainment and more.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
