Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please fully charge the EV golf cart. Return to storage shed and lock. Please return the key fob to the Bowl next to the Home Welcome sheet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There will be no early check in’s or late check outs honored during peak season.

The place was everything I could ask for from check in to check out! Pool was amazing, golf cart perfect! Distance to beach, easily manageable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy my vacation stress free

Recently stayed for family vacation in oak island. Everything was exactly as described from checking to checkout. House was very clean and every amenity was considered to make our vacation one of the best ever. Communication with the host was excellent and would definitely stay here again. This place was so clean! Kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the golf cart and pool. Bonus was the bathroom next to the pool - super helpful with our two small kids. We really hope to find some dates to return next year. Dena was also a fantastic communicator.

Dena was wonderful, she answered right away to any questions we had and informed us of what was available to us.We LOVED the home and the backyard with pool and all the equipment you need to enjoy the pool, the beach and outdoor activities, we even had a fire and made Smores. The golf cart to take rides around the area. The house was beautiful with complimentary soap, shampoo etc. Any small appliances you might need, coffee maker, air fryer and so many other items. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are looking for a relaxing comfortable vacation. We rent houses every year for our vacation and this one is the BEST so far. Thank you Dena, we would definitely stay again if we visit the area again.

Beautiful home! Everything was detailed and exactly what the website said. Home was very clean. Host was wonderful, quick and easy to work/communicate with! Recommend this to anyone! Pool was wonderful!! Golf cart was a huge plus for us since we don't have to deal with beach parking!

We were absolutely thrilled with the home as soon as we walked in! This place was spotless, smelled clean, and was ready for us to have a great vacation. The bedrooms were very comfortable and our kids loved the bunk beds with trundle. The pool is a great size with a great covered area with some shade for breaks. The golf cart looks amazing while we didn’t use it this trip and the beach is a close drive. On our second day we were already looking the home back up to book again for next summer. We absolutely will be back year after year for our post school celebration for our kiddos.
