Waterfront- Bring your Kayaks & Fishing Poles!

Quaint Cottage on the Davis Canal, on the quiet western end of Oak Island, 1 block from the beach. Gorgeous views of the marsh and canal! 2 BRs / 2 Baths (both with showers, no tubs) Full Kitchen with dishwasher and cookware. Wifi and Smart TV (no cable service, but you can login to your streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc)

Great dock with built-in seating - fish, crab, launch your kayak, or admire the sunrises and sunsets. Note: floating dock during low tide sits on the bottom - which is more suitable for kayaks. Public boat ramp and the new Lonerider restaurant are one block away!

*** ABSOLUTELY NO PETS or SMOKING— we have a daughter with severe allergies.***

**Rental Deposit and Rental Damage Insurance required for all rentals. Vacation insurance is highly recommended.

**Guests supply their own linens, towels, etc—or can rent linens on their own. *_*}~ All living spaces are on the second floor.

** Our calendar is always up to date- so make your request directly through VRBO.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place one key on the hook in the entryway, lock all 3 doors, and then place the other key in the lockbox.

Turn the thermostat to 76 in warmer months and 62 in colder months.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No RVs to be used as extra guest accommodation.

Wonderful Spot on OKI

This home was perfect for a short vacation for our family. We loved the quick walk to the beach and having a decent restaurant right up the street. It was peaceful and the sunsets off the dock were magical every night! We will definitely book again.

The location of this home is perfect! We so enjoyed the amazing sunrises and sunsets from the back porch, watching the boats pass and loved the very short walk to the beach. We cooked local seafood nightly in the well equipped kitchen. The home was clean and we had everything we needed.

The visit exceeded my expectations! The house is exactly as described and provided a comfortable, stress-free stay. This home boasts an unobstructed view of the Intercoastal; cleanliness; a well-stocked kitchen; a comfy, cozy interior with decor that matches the area; proximity to local attractions; and so much more. We've now stayed at this property several times, and it is by far our favorite on Oak Island. Angela is terrific to work with. The house is always spotless. Relaxing week at the beach

We had another wonderful week at the beach with our little family. We crabbed on the dock, played in the ocean, enjoyed a wonderful low country boil at the house, slept well and just had an overall relaxing, fun week. Great stay

We had been staying in this fanastic house a lot of times in past several years. It becomes mustgo trip in Summer. We love the location to the beach as well as the inlet, kids love fishing at the backyard dock and we catch multiple fishes and crabs. Our family love this place!

It was always a dream of ours to have a little cottage at the beach ! We love staying in our simple cottage with breathtaking views of the water and nature - it is mesmerizing and a wonderful place to relax.

Dock on the Water and the lush marsh! A quick stroll to the beach (just a block away) GORGEOUS sunrise and sunset. We are on the quiet end of the island, with owner-occupied neighbors. Peaceful!
