Waterfront- Bring your Kayaks & Fishing Poles!

Quaint Cottage on the Davis Canal, on the quiet western end of Oak Island, 1 block from the beach. Gorgeous views of the marsh and canal! 2 BRs / 2 Baths (both with showers, no tubs) Full Kitchen with dishwasher and cookware. Wifi and Smart TV (no cable service, but you can login to your streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc)

Great dock with built-in seating - fish, crab, launch your kayak, or admire the sunrises and sunsets. Note: floating dock during low tide sits on the bottom - which is more suitable for kayaks. Public boat ramp and the new Lonerider restaurant are one block away!

*** ABSOLUTELY NO PETS or SMOKING— we have a daughter with severe allergies.***

**Rental Deposit and Rental Damage Insurance required for all rentals. Vacation insurance is highly recommended.

**Guests supply their own linens, towels, etc—or can rent linens on their own. *_*}~ All living spaces are on the second floor.

** Our calendar is always up to date- so make your request directly through VRBO.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place one key on the hook in the entryway, lock all 3 doors, and then place the other key in the lockbox.

Turn the thermostat to 76 in warmer months and 62 in colder months.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Linens, towels, paper products not provided

No RVs to be used as extra guest accommodation.

Great location! The beach is super close. The house is nice and had everything we needed. Everything was clean. The A/C works great! The whole week the realfeel outside temperature was over 100 but it was very comfortable inside the house.Angela is a great host and took care of a minor bathroom issue with in a few hours.We went up the Oak Isand lighthouse and enjoyed the sunset at the point. Great place for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great location! Easy to get to the beach with just a short walk. There is a restaurant located just a walk down the road you can listen to the band from you deck or the dock. I was gladly surprised one early morning to see dolphin's swimming by. I had to run to the dock to video. If fishing is for you there is blue crab and shrimp that is right at the dock. Easy check in check out owner very responsive and great to work with. Will definitely book again.

This was the house! 10 out of 10 recommend. Very clean you cannot beat the views and the location. You are literally steps from the beach, with the most beautiful sunset views right off the back dock. The host was so kind and helpful and very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Spot on OKI

This home was perfect for a short vacation for our family. We loved the quick walk to the beach and having a decent restaurant right up the street. It was peaceful and the sunsets off the dock were magical every night! We will definitely book again.

Family vacation

Beautiful home with many features to make our vacation comfortable. Very convenient to the beach access and a private dock to relax on in the back of the house. This was our third stay in the home and we have been very pleased every time.

The location of this home is perfect! We so enjoyed the amazing sunrises and sunsets from the back porch, watching the boats pass and loved the very short walk to the beach. We cooked local seafood nightly in the well equipped kitchen. The home was clean and we had everything we needed.

Dock on the Water and the lush marsh! A quick stroll to the beach (just a block away) GORGEOUS sunrise and sunset. We are on the quiet end of the island, with owner-occupied neighbors. Peaceful!
