Top-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, which features a cozy fireplace and a private balcony with scenic views of the Fraser River.

The condo boasts a spacious living and dining area with an open-concept kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Guests also have access to an updated clubhouse that includes indoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, laundry facilities, and other amenities.

For convenience, a free shuttle service with a stop near the building offers direct transportation to Winter Park Ski Resort. Alternatively, you can enjoy a short stroll into town to explore various restaurants, breweries, a distillery, a skate park, and local shops.

Please note:
A refundable $250 damage deposit is collected 2 days prior to check-out. The deposit will be held during your stay and, provided there are no damages, missing items, or other charges resulting from your stay, it will be refunded to the original payment method after check-out.

Age Requirement: 25

The property owner assumes no liability for any injuries, damages, or lost items during the stay.

In the case of approved long-term stays, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for 1-month stay. For stays longer than 1 month, mandatory cleanings will be scheduled monthly. The cleaning fee is $50 per service, or $75 with linen service included.

IMPORTANT OCTOBER AMENITY NOTICE: The community recreation center will be closed for the entire month of October for renovations and safety reasons. During this time, the hot tub, pool, and laundry facilities will be unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas.

No parties or large gatherings allowed.

Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down.

Weather and Road Conditions:
No refunds for storms or bad weather.
Consider using four-wheel drive or chains during snow months.
